NHTSA's summary

This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers. The notice reminds dealers of the importance of Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and fixing a vehicle right the first time. Dealers are instructed to pay close attention to tire pressure/TPMS issues, service reminder reset, engine oil leaks, topping off fluids and open recalls in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
