NHTSA's summary
This Temporary Repair Practice authorizes certified repair locations to upfit certain ISB and ISL CM2350 engines with an improved SCR Catalyst. MY2013 thru MY2014 engines that qualify, a new wiring harness and calibration update is required. The engine must show open for this field action, experience a complaint or symptom in which troubleshooting results in the replacement of the SCR, and the SCR part number must match the Affected Part Number list.
