## NHTSA's summary

In addition to our recently launched bulletin B01 31 18 providing rentals for customers who have Takata air bag recall affected vehicles, we are now providing a towing option if the customer requests to have their vehicle towed. A form is located on centernet to assist with the request for towing. Please open then fill out the form in centernet and click on the submit button. Once we receive the request we will communicate with both you and the customer to set up the time and date for the towing and appointment for the repair.
