NHTSA's summary
This is a precautionary reminder that Cummins ISX12N (near zero emission) engines (including Pony Tanks used for temporary fueling) require lower fuel pressure input than previous models. A retro-fit is available to convert existing Pony Tanks to the lower fuel pressure.
