Service bulletin B010613

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

"?SI B01 06 13April 2015 Warranties Warranties This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI B01 06 13 dated March 2015. designates changes to this revision SUBJECT 60-Day Bundling of Maintenance Services for Customer Satisfaction. Since the engine oil, vehicle check, and/or brakes (front and rear pads) services' ""Include range"" values are based solely on mileage, sometimes a vehicle will return to your workshop soon after a recent visit, because these maintenance tasks now show ""Due"" in a vehicle display or through a TeleService request. To help minimize these ""soon after"" workshop return visits and increase customer satisfaction, this bulletin and accompanying attachment provides a procedure to perform a 60-day service window calculation."
