## NHTSA's summary

ISTA/P Cannot Program an E\-Series N55 Replacement DME. ISTA/P fails when attempting to program a replacement DME \(MEVD172\) on BN2000 E\-Series vehicles with the Continental HPP. Part number: 12 14 8 618 483. DME logistic error between the replacement hardware and basic software prevents correct programming with ISTA/P.
