Dear Parts and Service Managers, There has been multiple Service Action Bulletins recently posted concerning MINI Crankshaft Guide Bearings. Some of these SIB's have a very limited amount of vehicles involved. Please do not order parts unless you have a car down in the shop. Please read each Service Bulletin carefully for parts information as they involved different part numbers for the repair. With the limited amount of vehicles involved, please verify the failure prior to ordering parts. Order for scheduled appointment only. Do not order for stock. As a reminder, all Service Action parts are non\-returnable. Orders may go on backorder for a short time and then will be manually released in the order received.
