## NHTSA's summary

BMW Parts Bulletin TEC17 Airbag Control Unit Return. BMW NA has requested the return of the following part numbers: 65 77 9 385 025, 65 77 9 385 026 Stock should not be sold or installed on any vehicle. Concerned are all parts delivered and shipped so far. Please return all part\(s\) to your facing Regional Distribution Center \(RDC\). Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC17 must appear in the text of your TEC claim. TEC17 is valid from February 09, 2016, through February 23, 2016. The deadline for filing a claim under TEC17 is February 23, 2016. All parts must be returned to your facing RDC no later than March 08, 2016. Please reorder new part numbers if needed.
