## NHTSA's summary

After long\-term testing of motorcycles fitted with the HP titanium exhaust system, the emissions exceed the allowed limits defined in current CARB regulations \(California Air Resources Board\). Due to this result BMW Motorrad USA will no longer offer this system for sale in the USA. Therefore the part numbers 77 11 8 529 218 as well as enable code 13 61 8 531 006 are blocked and cannot be ordered any longer. The ETK will be corrected accordingly in future releases to delete this part for U.S. applications. Should your dealership have an HP titanium exhaust system in stock, please contact your dealer services to arrange a manual AFA return to avoid accruals against the bi\-annual return program.
