## NHTSA's summary

Delivery Stop: 2013 760Li Engine Control Module Software. A Delivery Stop has been issued by BMW AG to correct a potential problem with the engine control module software on certain N74\-equipped vehicles. Affected are certain 2013 Model Year 760Li vehicles. Vehicles included in the accompanying VIN list must not be delivered until the repairs are completed. A Service Information bulletin will be provided as soon as possible. The repair will involve updated DME software.
