## NHTSA's summary

\(Update\) Delivery Stop 2013 3 Series Emissions Label Update. We?re sorry that the attachment was not working in the first DCS. If it?s not attached to this one, then please reference the Deliver stop DCS sent on April 4th for the list of VIN?s and Dealer codes. The orders are not VIN specific or PMP orders. You can place them on your normal stock or VOR orders as required. Vehicle Emissions Control Information \(VECI\) labels are now available for vehicles affected by the Delivery Stop. Refer to Service Information bulletin B71 01 13 for complete details.
