Radio - Multimeda Issue 1: When updating SW on an RA3 or RA4 radio, note what model year the vehicle is. Older MY SW should not be flashed into a current MY. Example: MY14 SW should not be flashed into a MY15. MY15 UF SW should not be flashed into MY15 KL. To reduce the possibility of error, the latest SW level can be downloaded to a USB stick by providing the VIN here: https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/dealerInfo.do?hidAction=search~ Issue 2: 2015 LA only -- Prior to replacing the radio for poor FM reception. Please confirm if the Radio's loss of FM signal occurs only when Park Lamps are engaged - - if so, Please contact Darryle Woodham @ Cell (248) 877-5026. If no response with in 15 minutes proceed with required repair.
