Service bulletin BMWNOV0514
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
All Ghost and Wraith models produced from May 2014 have new engine under tray and engine bay trim parts. These new parts can reduce engine bay temperatures associated with certain arduous driving cycles. This enhancement is designed to further improve airflow management. These enhancement parts are now released as a retrofit package for certain vehicles produced prior to May 2014 in markets where these driving conditions can be experienced. Dealers should check for vehicles which are subject to the enhancement package using ISPA or S-Gate.
