F56 Oil Cooler Shipments. As of last Friday \(4/18\) all oil coolers \(11 42 8 511 391\) have arrived at your dealerships. If you still require additional parts for VINs affected by this service action, please notify the Parts Technical Group at: pcg@bmwna.com or 1\-800\-272\-0202. Please have the VIN requiring parts included in email communications and readily available for phone inquiries. Excess inventory may be returned without penalty only if the parts are returned by May 9th. Any returns after this date will fall under the normal return rules.
