Rear Axle (B33 01 14) Ordering Procedures. Due to the limited vehicles involved in this Service Action we are implementing a VIN specific ordering procedure. Vehicles held at the ports of entry are being inspected and/or repaired prior to center delivery. During this inspection and analysis of data, BMW of North America has documented a failure rate of less than one in two hundred. It should also be noted any rear axle differentials replaced under this Service Action must be returned to the Warranty Parts Return Center (WRPC) for inspection.
