MINI Parts Logistics. TEC13 Right Seat Upholstery Return. BMW NA has requested a return of the following part number: 52 10 7 389 109, 52 10 7 389 110, 52 10 7 389 117, 52 10 7 391 922, 52 10 7 391 923, 52 10 7 391 924, 52 10 7 414 999. Stock should not be sold or installed on any vehicle! Concerned are all parts delivered and shipped so far without a green dot. All parts with a green dot are ok to use. Please return the part(s) to your facing Regional Distribution Center (RDC). Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC13 must appear in the text of your TEC claim. TEC13 is valid from November 04, 2015, through November 18, 2015. The deadline for filing a claim under TEC13 is November 18, 2015. All parts must be returned to your facing RDC no later than December 02, 2015. Please reorder the same part number if needed.
