BMW Parts Bulletin TEC6Z Protection Plate Return BMW NA has requested the return of the following part number: 34 21 2 284 745 Stock should not be sold or installed on any vehicle. Concerned are all parts delivered and shipped so far, which have the modification index AI 01 or AI 02. All parts with modification index AI 03 are OK to use. Please return all part(s) to your facing Regional Distribution Center (RDC). Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC6Z must appear in the text of your TEC claim. TEC6Z is valid from June 2, 2015, through June 16, 2015. The deadline for filing a claim under TEC6Z is June 16, 2015. All parts must be returned to your facing RDC no later than June 30, 2015. Please reorder the same part number if needed.
