BMW Parts Bulletin TEC1 Heater/AC Housing Return BMW NA has requested the return of the following part numbers: 64 11 9 297 740, 64 11 9 297 741, 64 11 9 297 744, 64 11 9 297 745, 64 11 9 304 016 Stock should not be sold or installed on any vehicle. Concerned are all parts delivered and shipped so far with modification index AI01. Parts with index AI01 must be returned. Index number is located on the part label \(see image below\) Please return all part\(s\) to your facing Regional Distribution Center \(RDC\). Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC1 must appear in the text of your TEC claim. TEC1 is valid from June 25, 2015, through July 09, 2015. The deadline for filing a claim under TEC1 is July 09, 2015. All parts must be returned to your facing RDC no later than July 23, 2015. Please reorder as needed.
