? SUBJECT Service Engine Soon \(MIL\): SME FC 21F0D3. The Service Engine Soon light \(MIL\) is intermittently illuminated in the instrument cluster \(Kombi\). This does not affect drivability, and no symptoms are apparent to the customer. CAUSE The following fault code is stored in the primary fault memory of the HV battery electronics \(SME\): ? 21F0D3 \- HVS: main contactors: neg. Contactors couldn't be closed Despite the fault code's description, it does not prevent start\-up of the HV battery.
