Since friction is the main operating principle of every brake system, our customers may still encounter side effects such as noise, vibration, dust and wear. To assist you in better informing your customers about brake system quality-related topics, BMW NA has published the following customer brochure: ""BMW Brake Systems: High-Performance Stopping Power"" A copy of this brochure is attached. It will be included in the vehicle's Information Packet during VDC processing. In addition, an initial quantity of 50 copies will be delivered to every BMW center.
