## NHTSA's summary

Thermostat Housing Situation \(Update 2\). During the period of increasing supply, part number 11 53 8 674 895 will remain on a maximum ordering restriction of 5 per day. Any orders over this maximum limit will be cancelled. Currently there are 1,213 pcs on backorders with 261 pcs in dealer inventory; Please use locator for car down situations. 150 pcs are currently in transit to the US. Upon stock arrival, we will manually release the oldest backorders first. The oldest backorder is dated 5/31/2016.Please remove from automatic replenishment and only order as needed. We will continue to provide weekly updates.
