MINI PARTS LOGISTICS Fair Share Allocation. The Parts Logistics department would like to announce the launch of Fair Share Allocation \(FSA\). Fair Share Allocation is a process which will generate efficiency for both the dealer network and BMW NA allowing everyone to gear more attention toward other customer needs. FSA will be implemented in instances where inventory in the U.S. is not sufficient for the demand.
