"BMW ""Enhanced"" Dealer Self\-Authorized \(DSA\) Goodwill Program. BMW of North America, LLC \(?BMW NA?\) is pleased to announce the ?Enhanced? Dealer Self\-Authorized \(DSA\) Goodwill Program. With the ?Enhanced? DSA Program: ? A new top level \(Tier 1\) with expanded benefits is now available for qualifying centers; also ?
