# Service bulletin M610115

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Noise from Steering Column Switch Center when Turning. The customer states that there is a grating or scraping noise when the steering wheel is turned. The noise comes from the area of the Steering Column Switch Center \(SZL\). When turning the steering wheel, the connection between the steering wheel and the SZL causes torsion stress, creating interference noise.
