Rubber Strip Trim SIB M51 12 16. A Service Action Bulletin (SIB M51 12 16) involving F54 vehicles produced up to August 16, 2016 was released today. There are only 28 vehicles that were released to Dealers affected by this service action. All remaining vehicles will be inspected and repaired at our VDCs before being shipped to Dealers.
