This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. The bulletin provides dealers important paint preparation instructions for any unprimed replacement bumper fascias and plastic body parts. This bulletin supersedes TSB-05-42A-006, TSB-06-42A-007 and TSB-10-42A-008, to add applicability to all models and to update the Paint Preparation Instructions.
