Service bulletin TSB180095-080620
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Technical Service Bulleting describes the verification and resolution of the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) system becoming contaminated with debris. DEF tanks are cleaned and DEF dosing units or intake lines areflushed or even replaced, but these actions are not performed simultaneously. Subsequent testing or operation between component cleaning causes cross contamination of previously cleaned components and repeat fault code occurrences.
