Service bulletin C1941E
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This field action authorizes certified repair locations to recalibrate the ECM and upfit the unit with an improved SCR Catalyst on certain ISL9 CM2350 L101 engines installed in Transit Bus Applications. New SCRs delete the NH3 Sensor and move from a three (3) wire harness to a NEW two (2) wire harness assembly. This is a revision to a previously submitted communication.
