This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers and technicians, informing them that Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) is launching a new Product Quality Reporting (PQR) system. The new PQR system is designed to be more user friendly and will enhance communication between MMNA and dealers.
