NHTSA's summary
Renotification of SN661 sent to dealer in China for units which have not been completed. The bulletin requires them to inspect, and replace if needed, the lower control valve because of possible leakage causing boom movement. No units utilizing this valve were sold in the USA only for overseas dealers.
