NHTSA's summary
Isuzu recommends adding Three Bond 1215 (Isuzu Part Number 2-90067-710-0 or equivalent) when installing the kingpin sealing plug to ensure plug seal and retention. As of October 2017, kingpin sealing plugs come pre-coated with a blue adhesive. These do not require Three Bond 1215 or any other sealant to be applied during installation.
