Service bulletin TSB180056-050820
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of an issue in which the INSITE electronic service tool Image Regeneration History Log is incorrectly recoring "Maximum Diesel Particulate Filter Intake Temperature." The recorded value is lower thant the actual temperature ans is not be used to diagnose effectiveness of the aftertreatment diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC). An engine control module (ECM) calibration code is planned to be developed to resolve this issue.
