# Service bulletin DLR MSG \- RFP \-

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Dealer message \- American Honda \(AHM\) is investigating certain 2004\-2008 TLs \& TSXs with a complaint of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp \(MIL\) on with the DTC P2138 \(Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor A/B Incorrect Voltage Correlation\) stored and poor engine performance. To fully understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting any further repair of any kind.

Servicenews article \- Is the MIL on with DTC P2271 \(secondary HO2S \[sensor 2\] circuit signal stuck rich\)? What's likely causing this is the PCM is misinterpreting the A/F sensor \(sensor 1\) signals, causing the PCM to think that sensor 2 is stuck rich.
- [BTS180603](/bulletins/10142451.md), 2018-07-02, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE \(TCM/PCM/TECM\).
