Service bulletin Starlink A

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Effective today, the Vehicle Delivery Checklist and SUBARU STARLINK links are now available on Subarunet. The Vehicle Delivery Checklist will be a requirement for ASCENT eligibility starting on January 5, 2016. It is strongly recommended you begin using this process starting July 1st, to begin your familiarization with this new process. The Delivery Checklist/Enrollment will be your portal to activate new Subaru vehicles equipped with SUBARU STARLINK Safety and Security services.
