Service bulletin 07-108-16
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Service Information bulletin provides a procedure for diagnosis of Occupant Detection System (ODS) DTC B1760 / Sensor Mat Abnormal. This information replaces the current procedure until the Service Manual is updated in the near future. DTC B1760 may set if liquid inadvertently spilled onto the seat cushion (or rain water entering from a window left open) penetrates the upholstery and reaches the sensor mat. This DTC can also set under high humidity conditions.
