Service bulletin 05-37-07R
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
In an effort to further reduce uneven tire wear and prolong tire life, the tire rotation pattern has been changed for non-directional tires. To maximize the life of each tire and ensure that the tires wear uniformly, it is best to rotate the tires every 6,000 miles / 9,600 km or 7,500 miles / 12,000 km as recommended in the Periodic Maintenance section of the applicable Service Manual or Owner?s Manual Warranty and Maintenance Booklet.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
