NHTSA's summary
Dealer Service Technicians ? Please check your Transcript for the new SSM4 Curriculum. Please note that the due date for this course is 12/31/2015, but we encourage all technicians to complete by 08/01/2015. The information in this course will be required in other courses in 2015 and beyond. The SSM4 Curriculum will automatically be assigned to everyone who has completed the SSMIII Module 1 WBT in Level 1. If you have not yet completed SSMIII Module 1 please do so as soon as possible. We ask that you take a screen shot of your score for Module 1 and email it to LMS Technical Training along with your full name and the name of your Retailer. Upon being marked completed for Module 1, the SSM4 Curriculum will be assigned to you the following day.
