Service bulletin DLR MSG - PU - 2
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Dealer message - Today, February 7, 2014, American Honda is announcing a product update for all 2013 Fit EV vehicles. The product update addresses issues with poor connections between the vehicle?s charge inlet terminal and certain chargers that may trigger the overheat failsafe during vehicle recharging due to excessive resistance. | Service Bulletin | 2018-03-12. Service bulletin. Service bulletin - The Fit EV is designed to charge at a high rate resulting in a shorter charge time. If the connection between the charger and the charge inlet terminal is poor, the inlet temperature may increase to a point where the vehicle stops charging to protect the terminal from overheating, even if the vehicle is not fully charged. A software update has been developed that will allow the vehicle to finish charging at a slightly reduced rate in order to lower the inlet terminal temperature, but this may increase the charge time. The software update will also program the green LED, located at the charge connector, to blink rapidly when the vehicle is charging at a reduced rate. |
