Heated Mirror Feature Inoperable This bulletin involves installing the correct HVAC control head, updating vehicle configuration and installing an overlay harness as necessary. Customers may indicate that the heated mirror feature is inoperable. Vehicles built with sales code GTR may not have been properly equipped with the components and/or vehicle configuration necessary to operate the heated mirror feature. Vehicles involved in this action fall into one of the following repair scenarios depending on how they were built: Vehicle configuration update Vehicle configuration update and overlay harness installation HVAC control head replacement and vehicle configuration update HVAC control head replacement, vehicle configuration update and overlay harness installation
