## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicle that may have a front driver's or passenger's seat back may appear to lean or to be turned outward. Technician should replace the seat back frame assembly. Technician should insure the bolts are torqued to 55 pounds per foot.
