Service bulletin N32060613
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

New Safety Recall Advanced Communication ? N32060613 Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) announced a safety recall on certain 2013 model year (PF) Dodge Dart vehicles equipped with a 1.4L Multi-Air turbocharged engine. Some of the above vehicles may experience an engine stall when the engine is first started while the outside ambient air temperature is 20 degrees or lower and the vehicle is operated under certain driving conditions. Chrysler will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all involved vehicles to reprogram the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. We ask that you please take the time to ensure that your personnel are aware of this communication and are prepared to execute a customer friendly process for inquiries on involved vehicles.
