This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers. It informs dealers of customer concerns shortly after delivery about the vehicle having the steering wheel off-center, pulling to one side, and directional drift to one side. This notice emphasizes the importance of performing a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to make sure the steering wheel is centered when the vehicle is traveling straight ahead, and that the vehicle should track straight on a level surface, without pulling or drifting.
