## NHTSA's summary

Target completion date has changed from 4/13/2018 to 5/11/18.Bolts and Pendulum dampers coming out of the front peanut cover. It has been found the bolts for the Pendulum damper ring are not being torqued appropriately from the supplier and Spiralock featured machined incorrectly within threaded holes. Caterpillar is aware of the issue and is working to improve quality checks. If loose bolts are found during assembly a torque of 66NM should be applied.
