NHTSA's summary
Audi of America is pleased to inform you of the release and automatic delivery of the Audi MRT Auto Shipment AT-402 used to support service and repair of multiple Audi Vehicles. Starting December 21, 2017, all Audi dealers will be shipped one AT-402 Special Tool Package, Freight F.O.B. Snap-On OEM and invoiced directly via the dealership Parts Billing Account. For dealers that wish to order additional AT-402 Special Tool Packages, please notify the Audi Tools and Equipment program by contacting us at 800-892-9650. Additional orders will be filled in the order received.
