NHTSA's summary
TSB: REVISION NOTICE November 28, 2016 Rev1: Applicability has been updated to include 2017 model year RC F vehicles. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. To minimize battery discharge during transportation and storage, the D/C Cut Fuse has been removed at the assembly plant and temporarily stored in the blank space of the relay block in the engine compartment. During Pre-Delivery Service (PDS), reinstall the D/C Cut Fuse into its original location.
