Electronic Communication: For the last couple of months, Toyota Motor Sales has been recovering and replacing excessively separated 7:12 AM Corrosion-Resistant Compound (CRC) in dealer stock. We appreciate your support as we have worked to remove and replace this product for your dealership?s inventory. On July 23, 2014, Toyota will no longer be recovering and replacing the excessively separated 7:12 AM. If your dealership has any remaining material the returns must be postmarked by July 23, 2014. Dealerships that return product after this date will not have replacement material sent to them and could be responsible for shipping and disposal fees as well as being responsible for the lawful disposal of the unused product. For your reference a copy of the Dealer Daily sent out in May, 2014 has been attached in the Appendix.
