Service bulletin L-SB-0128-17
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
TSB: When the DCC fuses are removed or the battery terminal is disconnected, the power source to the power seat ECU is cut off and initialization may be lost. To ensure proper function of the power seats, the seat ECU must be initialized after the DCC fuses have been installed during PDS (Pre-Delivery Service).
