# Service bulletin T\-SB\-0315\-08 Rev

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- Type: Service bulletin
- NHTSA id: 10131983
- Published by NHTSA: 2018\-04\-02
- Manufacturer's number: T\-SB\-0315\-08 Rev
- Manufacturer's date: 2013\-09\-06
- NHTSA component: SEAT BELTS

## NHTSA's summary

The customer \(individual requiring the extender\) must visit a Toyota dealership to have the required measurements made and to complete the Seat Belt Extender Worksheet. The worksheet will allow the proper fitting and selection of a Seat Belt Extender for the customer. The dealership personnel should then determine the applicable part number and place an order through Dealer Daily
