TSB: REVISION NOTICE March 08, 2017 Rev2: ? Applicability has been updated to include 2016\-2017 model year GX 460 vehicles, and the Production Change Information and Repair Procedure sections have been updated. Some 2014 \- 2017 model year GX 460 vehicles equipped with the 1UR\-FE engine may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\) P006A \(MAP ? Mass or Volume Air Flow Correlation Bank 1\). Some vehicles may also exhibit a rough running engine and light hesitation under acceleration. The condition may be caused by debris in the EGR assembly. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to address this condition.
