Finding instances of oil in the coolant. C18 Cylinder Liner have been found cracked radially in the top o-ring groove in C18 engines around the world. The 5169693 liner was introduced between March 2017 and November 2017 for Reman cylinder packs, short blocks, long blocks, and engines. Failures typically occur below 1000 hours.
